Ms. Yvonne was born in Shanghai, and learned to cook traditional Chinese dishes from her grandmother. She loves cooking and always tries to improve her techniques by learning from various sources and practicing. Her friends have said that Ms. Yvonne's cooking is excellent and they recommended that she should teach others how to cook Chinese food.
Chef Yuda Bustara is a MODENA Chef Indonesia graduate striving to bring MODENA closer to the community and to educate people in coking simple, healthy, and delicious everyday food in order to nurture a smart, quality family lifestyle. A graduate of Taylor's College School of Hospitality Tourism in Malaysia, Chef Yuda previously worked at the Crown Casino Hotel in Melbourne and in several Malaysian dining and bistro restaurants. He is currently active as a food stylist, has hosted an Urban Cook program on the Asian Food Channel, and also serves as a cooking instructor at several cooking schools in Asia alongside other renowned chefs.
Chef Udin is experienced at creating special and exclusive menus. He has worked at many famous places including Intercontinental Hotel, Meridien Hotel, Pacific Metro, Graha Layar Prima, Cassis Core, Aria Boga Jaya, Indiglo Inti Mandiri, and many more. As an expert in Western, Italian and Mediteranian cuisine, his specialty is creating Tapas dishes.
Chef Stefu Santoso acquired a D2 university degree in Hospitality from Atmajaya University. In his long career, he has been a chef at Peninsula Hotel, Riva of The Park Lane Hotel, and is currently an Executive Chef at AMUZ Gourment Restaurant. Chef Stefu often participates in cooking competitions, competing 11 times in Iron Chef Indonesia. He has also won a Silver Medal, Gold Medal, and a Trophy for the best chef at Salon Culinaire.
Chef Ikra studied in National Hotel Institute Bandung and has a lot of experience in making special dessert menus. Chef Ikra is an expert in making dessert using chocolate as the ingredient. She is now working as an Executive Pastry Chef at AH RestoCafe Patisserie and Pastry Chef at AUROZ Gourment Grill by Amuz Restaurant.
Chef Ika Kartika started her journey when she shared cooking class experience on social media, then she started receiving orders, which led her to run her own online bakery called Alnay Cakery. Ibu Ika loves to keep sharing her knowledge on baking, including low carb cakes inspired by her keto lifestyle. She believes that learning from the best and to continue to work hard each day are the key to become an expert in what you do.
Chef Eko has specialized in Japanese cuisine for almost 20 years within the culinary world. He is now working as a Chef at Hotel Sultan Senayan – Jakarta, specializing in Sushi. His personal catering service is gaining popularity, especially at various events held to welcome foreign guests. Chef Eko has opened a private class for young mothers who are eager to learn how to cook special Japanese dishes
Dedes Dwi Ratnasari, the first female to win Iron Chef is the woman behind Stube Jakarta's She graduated from Bandung Tourism and training Institute with a degree in Bakery and Pastry making. She especially excelled in the art of creating canapés and sandwiches. As for the dishes she creates are mostly a combinations of the traditional asian cooking with new cuisines influenced from the west.
With a passion in cooking ever since he was a little boy, Chef Christo’s first ever dish was French toast, which he proudly shared with his family, resulting in a very good feedback. After that he continued to pursue his passion in cooking and enrolled in a professional culinary school in Jakarta. His professional working experience includes working at Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Padma Resort at Legian. He was also awarded the silver medal at Salon Culinaire Indonesia 2019.
Chef Beatrix is a chef who pursues a career in the world of cooking and has the love for dishes, both International and Indonesian cuisine.Chef Beatrix believes that the diversity and uniqueness of Indonesian cuisine can still be developed and introduced to the culinary world both nationally and internationally. From here she also created a product that became a signature dish in her food business and gave her the opportunity to participate in the cooking competition MasterChef Indonesia season 4 (2015) where she finished in one of the top 10.
Chef Atty's experience in the professional culinary industry leaves no doubt. Chef Atty has been a culinary master in serving dishes at well-known places in Indonesia such as Ritz Carlton Hotel, Crown Plaza Hotel and Jakarta Culinary Center. Chef Atty's signature dish is the wonderful Red Velvet cake. She also specializes in cake decoration
