What is MODENA Life?
MODENA Life is the official loyalty membership program offered by MODENA Indonesia. It’s designed to reward and engage customers by offering exclusive benefits, points, and rewards.
When did the MODENA Life launch?
MODENA Life officially launched in November 2025
Will my purchase transactions before the launch be counted toward my membership?
No. Only purchase transactions made on or after the launch date are eligible for MODENA Life benefits.
Where do I register for MODENA Life?
There are few ways for you to register for MODENA Life:
- Simply receive a MODENA WhatsApp link invitation that will be sent by our sales team in-store after you make a purchase.
- Sign-up directly to https://tada.ly/JoinMODENALife .
- Join using a friend's referral code link.

How can I earn MODENA Life Points?
You can earn MODENA Life Points by purchasing MODENA products through our official channels, including MODENA Home Center, MODENA Experience Center, MODENA website, and our official e-commerce stores (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia). Purchases made outside these channels won’t earn points.
How many Life Points do I earn when purchasing MODENA products through official MODENA channels?
You will earn Life Points equivalent to 2% of the total amount you spent on eligible MODENA products. Any decimal amounts will be automatically rounded up to the nearest whole point.
How long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
How long does it take for points to be recorded in my account after making a purchase?
The number of points will be recorded to your account within 24 hours of the purchase. You may check your account through MODENA Life's WhatsApp > choose Menu >History and follow the link that being sent to you.
How can I use my accumulated points?
Your accumulated points can be redeemed for a selection of rewards, such as vouchers, electronic products, and merchandise. You can access your account through MODENA Life's WhatsApp > choose Menu >Redeem Point.
How quickly will I receive my reward after redemption?
Reward redemption requires a brief system approval. Please allow up to 24 hours for the MODENA Life system to process your request. Once approved, your voucher or reward will be available in your account.
Do I need to show my MODENA Life account when redeeming a voucher at MODENA stores?
Yes. You must present your active MODENA Life account in-store for every voucher redemption. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Can I exchange or transfer my points?
No. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
What are the different membership levels in MODENA Life?
There are four different levels of membership, and achieving each level requires a minimum cumulative purchase amount.
- Neighbor, spend IDR 0 – IDR 5 million
- Friend, spend IDR 5 million – IDR 50 million
- Family, spend IDR 50 million – IDR 500 million
- Family+, spend > IDR 500 million
How do I maintain my membership level?
You don’t need to worry about maintaining your membership level. At MODENA Life, your status only moves up, never down. Once you reach a level, you keep it for life.
Is there a physical or digital membership card for MODENA Life?
MODENA Life only provides a digital membership via QR code. You can access your MODENA Life account through WhatsApp and find your digital card in the top right corner of your Home Page screen.
How do Birthday Points work?
Birthday Points are sent on the 1st day of your birthday month. You’ll receive a birthday greeting along with points based on your membership level:
- Neighbor: 20,000 points
- Friend: 30,000 points
- Family: 40,000 points
- Family+: 50,000 points
Make sure your account is registered at least one month before your birthday, to receive these points.
How can I earn more Life Points?
Besides making a purchase, you can earn more points by joining the Monthly Check-In and Mission Programs (such as attending a MODENA event or creating a social media post). More details will be shared regularly through the MODENA Life banner.
Do points earned from non-purchase activities count toward my membership status?
No. Points you earn from non-purchase activities don’t count toward your membership status. Your membership level is only determined by points earned from eligible product purchases.
How does the Referral Program works?
The MODENA Life Referral Program rewards you with a voucher worth IDR 100,000 (with a min. purchase IDR 1,000,000) when you invite a friend to join.
This voucher will be added to you and your friend’s account once they register for MODENA Life. Both of you can use the voucher to purchase any MODENA products through our official channels, including MODENA Home Center, MODENA Experience Center, MODENA website, and our official e-commerce stores (TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia). Purchases made outside these channels won’t be accepted.
How to share my Referral link?
Access your account via MODENA Life WhatsApp > Choose the "Referral" menu option > Copy your unique referral code and share it to your friend through your preferred communication channel.
How does my friend register using the Referral link?
The link you share will take your friend directly to the MODENA Life registration page. They just need to fill in the required information. After completing the registration, they’ll receive a welcome message and their membership status through MODENA Life chat.
Can I update my personal details on MODENA Life account?
Yes. If you need to update your personal details, please email us at [email protected] with your request. Our team will assist you with the necessary changes.
Can I share my MODENA Life account and member identity barcode with my relative?
No. Don’t share your MODEAN Life account or member barcode with anybody else. For security reason and to ensure you receive the benefits correctly, MODENA Life accounts are personal and non-transferable.
