  3. The 'Double Cashback' program is a discount received by consumers when making transactions at MODENA Offline or Online Stores. This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing direct promotions. Consumers can claim cashback and gifts through the Ciao! MODENA website. 
  4. Specifically for purchases at Authorized Dealers, the 'Double Cashback' program is only valid for consumers who make direct purchases through MODENA Sales Consultants. Consumers can claim cashback and gifts independently through the Ciao! MODENA website, or with assistance from MODENA Sales Consultants. 
  5. By participating in this program, consumers agree to provide necessary information to be contacted by MODENA. Data validation will be conducted by PT MODENA Centro Indonesia. 
  6. If registered by a MODENA Sales Consultant, consumers with valid data will receive notification via WhatsApp after successful registration. 
  7. Physical gifts will be shipped using regular expedition services to the consumer's address. The color options of the delivered gifts may differ from those displayed, subject to availability. 
  8. By making transactions in the 'Double Cashback' program, consumers have given consent and authority to MODENA, its affiliates, and third parties appointed by MODENA to collect, use, process, and/or disclose personal data submitted by consumers in this program if deemed necessary in connection with the program. 
  9. The collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data will be carried out in accordance with MODENA's privacy policy.
