Seamless Go Subscription Service is currently available across five product categories: Cooking, Water Purifier, Water Heater, Refrigerator, and Air Conditioner, with more to come.
Your plan includes the product, routine service and maintenance, warranty coverage, a FREE 1Plus1 M-Service, and Welcome & Birthday Bonus Points with MODENA Life.
Seamless Go Subscription Service is open to individuals and companies who meet the following criteria:
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Hold a valid ID (KTP or KITAS)
  • Willing to go through a verification process
Just choose a product from our catalog, pick your preferred subscription duration, and make your monthly payments based on your selected plan. We’ll deliver the product, and you can use it with full service and support throughout the contract.
Contract durations are available for 2, 3, 5, 6, or 7 years, depending on the product.
Yes, you can apply for more than one product. Approval will depend on the results of your eligibility verification.
Yes, a down payment of at least one month's subscription fee is required at the start of your plan.
Your monthly payments will be automatically debited from the debit or credit card you registered during sign-up.
At the end of your contract, you may choose to:
  • Purchase the product at a special price
  • Extend your contract at the same subscription price
