A brighter future calls for investment in people.
MODENA continues to be the catalyst that cultivates high-caliber and value-adding individuals across all business channels.
Harnessing talents for the collective good is top of mind in MODENA. Gone are the days of top-down leadership, our management ensures all ideas are heard.
Active involvement in decisions making is a norm here in MODENA, in which we continuously strive to expand each individual talent to go beyond and become future leaders in their respective fields.
We promote a balanced working environment by serving an accessible network of professional support from doctors and psychologists, as well as providing comfortable infrastructure of an in-house gym, swimming pool, basketball court, and other recreational facilities in our employee accommodation – MODENA Pod. Together with the world's concern for mental health and well-being, here we always ensure the psychological welfare of our members.
Cross-continent placements develop inclusivity and diversity in our key representatives resulting in a unified global-minded culture that grows within the company, running the business with empathy, open-mindedness, and shared values.
Growing environment fosters greatness.
As the leading brand for cooking appliances, we develop hidden culinary talents through practical and approachable mentorship. MODENA Culinaria offers extensive cooking classes for aspiring chefs and hobbyists alike. Led by award-winning culinary experts, anyone could grow their cooking skills and create world-class dishes anywhere and anytime.
Discarded home appliances make up over 50% of e-waste worldwide, . To help tackle this, MODENA created a Trade-in program to influence how we manage our electronic waste. We honor our customers with discounts and other rewards when trading in their old appliances with any of our products. As we stand, 23% of our sales are trade-ins – and the number rises year on year.
Sustainable living lately involves up-cycling – a method of bringing unused objects or materials back to life for a new function. One of the most popular things to up-cycle are worn clothes and leftover fabrics. In support of this movement, MODENA collaborated with Setali Indonesia to bring the appeal of up-cycling to the mass. We’ve encouraged 1000+ participants to donate 3+ tons of unused clothes and transform them into unique bags, wallets, and outerwear – re-styling how we express ourselves, and the future of this planet in the process.
