  • Have analytical skills that can understand marketing plans or strategies and report data from sales results.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business process management or after-sales service operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both writing and speaking.
  • Conceptual and analytical in nature, capable of building complex systems and procedures.
